Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of webfasty.com and any services offered by WebFasty LLC (“WebFasty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Service
WebFasty provides call recovery and call handling services for plumbing, HVAC, and other local service businesses.
Our service may answer missed, busy, overflow, or after-hours calls, ask callers basic questions, and send the business a summary by SMS, email, or another communication method.
WebFasty does not replace your employees, dispatchers, emergency operators, or professional advisors.
2. No Guarantee of Results
WebFasty is designed to help businesses capture information from missed or overflow calls.
We do not guarantee:
- More customers
- More booked jobs
- More revenue
- Specific conversion rates
- That every call will be answered
- That every call summary will be perfect
- That every caller will become a customer
Your results depend on your business, response time, market, advertising, pricing, availability, and other factors outside our control.
3. Quote Requests
Submitting a form on our website does not create a customer relationship by itself.
If you submit a quote request, we may contact you by email, phone, or other provided contact method to discuss setup, pricing, or service availability.
4. Pricing
The landing page may show a monthly price or offer for validation or promotional purposes.
Final pricing, service details, usage limits, and availability may depend on your business setup, phone system, location, and requested features.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are due according to the payment terms provided at signup or invoice.
5. Customer Responsibilities
If you use WebFasty services, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information
- Ensuring your business phone setup is compatible
- Responding to customer summaries in a timely manner
- Following applicable laws in your industry and location
- Telling us if your contact information changes
- Reviewing summaries before relying on them
- Handling emergency, urgent, regulated, or sensitive situations appropriately
You are responsible for the final customer relationship and any services you provide to your customers.
6. Call Recording and Disclosure
Call handling may involve recording, transcription, summarization, or automated analysis.
You are responsible for understanding and complying with any call recording, consent, disclosure, industry, or local laws that apply to your business.
WebFasty may include a call disclosure such as: “This call may be recorded or summarized to help the business respond.”
You agree not to use WebFasty for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized call handling.
7. No Emergency Service
WebFasty is not an emergency service.
The service should not be used as a substitute for 911, emergency dispatch, urgent medical support, public safety support, or any legally required emergency response system.
If a caller describes an emergency, they should be directed to contact emergency services.
8. No Legal, Medical, or Financial Advice
WebFasty does not provide legal, medical, financial, insurance, tax, or professional advice.
Call summaries and automated responses are for business communication support only.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WebFasty to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Mislead callers
- Collect sensitive information unnecessarily
- Impersonate another business
- Harass, abuse, or spam people
- Interfere with our systems
- Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse our service
- Use the service for illegal, regulated, or high-risk purposes without written approval
10. Third-Party Services
WebFasty may rely on third-party providers for phone routing, call handling, transcription, email, SMS, hosting, analytics, forms, payments, or other service functions.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, delays, errors, or service interruptions.
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Call handling may be affected by phone carriers, internet providers, third-party tools, customer configuration, caller behavior, or technical issues.
12. Cancellation
If paid service is enabled, cancellation terms will be shown during signup or in your service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, customers may cancel future recurring service, but fees already paid are not automatically refundable.

Our total liability for any claim related to the website or services will not exceed the amount you paid to WebFasty in the three months before the claim, or $100 if you have not paid for services.
15. Disclaimer
